Quilting in the Garden at Alden Lane Nursery

Here we are, like two peas in a pod

 

This morning Fern and I went to Livermore to see the Quilting in the Garden Show.  What an amazing setting.

About 200 quilts hanging high up on clothes lines and attached with clothes pins.  Because of the setting the pictures below have lots of shadows.  But nonetheless you’ll get a good view of what was on display.

img_9967We had an amazing time and i even got some ferns to plant in my yard. Garden and Quilts, what a great combination!

The show is open tomorrow 9 to 4pm. If you can go you will not be disappointed.
